For charities and non-profits
Your website should reach everyone. Especially the people you work for.
Care service, advice centre, association or club: your visitors are often older, have a disability or find difficult text hard going. Check in a few seconds how well your website works for them.

The problem
Where things go wrong today
It hits your audience first
Someone looking for care advice or trying to submit an application often fails because of small type, weak contrast and forms that cannot be used without a mouse.
The legal position is not the same for everyone
Most non-profits have no obligation of the kind that applies to online shops. If you sell courses, tickets or bookings to consumers online, the European Accessibility Act can apply. Organisations financed mainly from public funds can count as public sector bodies.
Little time, small budget
The website is looked after by someone on the side or by a volunteer. There is neither the money nor the people for a large accessibility project.
Not sure what applies to you? The EAA check gives a first indication. Whether your organisation counts as a public sector body is decided by national law; if in doubt, ask your umbrella body or a legal adviser. More on this under Public sector.
Inclusion starts on the home page.
The opportunity
What you gain
People find what they need
Text in easy language and a read-aloud function lower the threshold for everyone who cannot cope with official wording and long paragraphs.
You practise what you stand for
Inclusion is your mission. An accessible website shows that to the outside world before anyone picks up the phone.
Evidence for your board and funders
The audit report shows in black and white where the website stands and what has improved.
The solution
How Libration Accessibility helps you
Libration Accessibility starts where barriers arise: in the source code. The widget for visitors comes on top.
Scan
The free scan shows you in a few seconds where your website stands.
Install
The plugin runs in WordPress. The free version is enough to get started.
Fix
Technical barriers are fixed in the source code. You approve the AI’s suggestions yourself.
Document
The audit report and the accessibility statement record what has been achieved.
<!-- before -->- <nav>- <input type="email" placeholder="Email">- <th>Price</th> <!-- after -->+ <a href="#main">Skip to main content</a>+ <nav aria-label="Main navigation">+ <input type="email" aria-label="Email"+ autocomplete="email">+ <th scope="col">Price</th>
Start for free
The Free version includes the widget, basic code fixes and the checklist. For many small organisations that is enough to begin with.
Easy language by AI
Difficult text is simplified at the push of a button, following the rules of easy language. The version has not been checked by a review group and is labelled accordingly.
Read-aloud
A natural voice reads content aloud and highlights the word being spoken.
Fixes in the code
Skip links, focus, labels: the most common technical barriers are fixed in the source code.
Image descriptions
Missing alt texts are created automatically; you approve them.
We set it up
If nobody has the time: installation, configuration and audit report at a fixed price.
What no plugin can do: make a website fully accessible on its own. Contrast in the design and understandable content still need attention. Libration shows you what is still open, and we will also tell you if the free version is enough for you.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Your question is not listed? You get the answer directly from us.
Write to usWe run several facilities with their own websites. Is there a plan for that?
Yes. From 25 websites, the plan with central licence management that agencies also use is worthwhile. The details are on the page for agencies; for umbrella organisations we will find a suitable solution on request.
Does the AI replace a reviewed easy-language translation?
No. The AI version follows the established rules and helps straight away, but it has not been approved by a review group. For key texts, a reviewed translation can still make sense.
Where does our visitors’ data go?
The plugin runs on your own server and does not record visitor data. Only the optional AI features send content in encrypted form to our server in the EU for processing.
Our website does not run on WordPress. What then?
The free scan works for any website. The plugin itself requires WordPress.
How accessible is your website?
The scan takes a few seconds, costs nothing and needs no sign-up.
