What automated testing can do – and what it cannotAutomated checks cover roughly 30 to 40 per cent of the WCAG criteria. They reliably find missing alternative texts, broken heading levels or weak contrast. Whether an interaction makes sense, or whether an alternative text describes the right thing, is still a human decision.
